TASTINGS
Available from October through April only.
We take pride in using the best quality ingredients available to us. Chocolates from Europe, Madagascar vanilla beans, Meyer lemons and fresh Niagara fruits, dairy and honey.
Your tasting will consist of individual deconstructed cakes. Order as many as you like, there is no limit.
Tasting cakes are packaged and ready for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home after your design visit.
Tasting cakes are $15.00 each.
Our favourite pairings are both classic and timeless, and unique and adventurous.
Tastings are available between October and April Tastings are NOT available during peak seasons.
One week notice is required to fill tasting orders. This allows us the required time to bring in supplies and ingredients, and build your order into our schedule.
We are always happy to accommodate flavour modifications.

Our cakes are made to support the weight and structure of tiered cakes, while we are happy to modify flavour components, we cannot modify the cake structure.
